About Us

Roy first met Precy in 1997 in his restaurant & niteclub in Hong Kong. Fate would have it that they would be re-introduced again in Milan where Precy was working in Aldo’s restaurant.

After many visits between London & Milan we decided to put relationship into a permanent situation and due to visa restrictions we headed for Phuket, Thailand and took on our own Thai, seafood & steak, restaurant on the beach.

After 6 years of serving up delicious Thai & seafood treats fresh out of the Andaman sea and experiencing a daily life of sand, sea & sun, we were now married and we wished to experience a European dining experience & way of life again, managing Little Whitstable Oyster Bar in St Katherine’s Dock, Tower Bridge, London, serving lobsters, crabs & fish dishes.

Having lived & worked in some of the world’s great locations also including Singapore & Manly Beach, Sydney, we find ourselves with our own casual dining pub in Stoke Bishop, Bristol.

We hope our wealth of experience of fabulous food & restaurants in Asia, Milan, Sydney & London will provide our customers with a great casual dining experience & that our natural enthusiasm for our customers to enjoy themselves ingrained into us thru working in such locations, will make the Mill House a great venue for you to be spoilt in & to enjoy!
